Revois provides an artificial intelligence voice calling platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered phone agents. The Service includes voice agent creation, telephony integration, call handling, speech-to-text transcription, text-to-speech synthesis, knowledge base management, campaign management, and analytics.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

4. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all visual interfaces, graphics, design, systems, software, code, and all other elements is owned by Craw Agency LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service require payment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Revois may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
