Here's how it works: Ayşe calls patients 24 hours before their appointment.

Once identity is confirmed, Ayşe explains the purpose: "I'm calling to confirm your appointment with Dr. Kaya tomorrow at 10:30. Will you be able to attend?"

If the patient needs to reschedule, Ayşe checks available slots in real-time and offers alternatives: "I understand. I have availability on Thursday at 14:00 or Friday at 09:30. Which works better for you?"
